We are pleased to have been working alongside Unite on their latest proposals for a new student accommodation scheme opposite Liverpool Lime Street Station in the centre of Liverpool. The scheme, located on Lime Street and Skelhorne Street, comprises a part 19 and part 16 storey building, with 212 bedrooms. Our works have included carrying out environmental noise monitoring around the site, creating a 3D noise model of the existing and proposed buildings and assessing noise intrusion from the surrounding areas.
This work has been carried out alongside our input during the construction stage of Unite’s ongoing Oldham Street development next to Liverpool John Moores University’s Mount Pleasant Campus.
