Project Overview
White City Living is a large, multi-phase development located in White City, London. The proposed scheme, by St James Group Ltd , will consist of eleven development blocks, creating over 1800 new homes.

The scheme will introduce new local retail and commercial space to the regeneration area as well over eight acres of new landscape which includes a new five acre public park.
Following on from the input into the discharge of acoustic-related Planning Conditions on Phase 2 of the project, RBA Acoustics are pleased to have also been involved in Phase 3 of the White City Living masterplan which will consists of three large development blocks with elements of commercial and residential ancillary on the ground floor.
RBA Acoustics have supported the Pre-Planning Design Team by providing acoustic input into the detailed design development, as well as robust assessments to support the discharge of Planning Conditions.
