As part of this development special consideration has been given to students who suffer from hearing difficulties; with enhanced criteria for room reverberation, as well as internal ambient noise levels, being applied to all typical teaching areas.
This enhanced criteria required a more acoustically robust approach to school design than what would typically be expected. RBA were more than happy to accommodate this and be so heavily involved in the design process.
