The building boasts a great choice of accommodation for the city’s student population, en-suite rooms and apartment ranging from studio to 6 bedroom and even has an on-site gym.
RBA Acoustics were appointed as acoustic consultants on a project that converted the 1st floor commercial units into apartments, providing assessment and advice on the existing building acoustics to allow the extension of residential facilities in the building.
