Project Overview
The Park Inn Manchester, is located in the city's green quarter. The hotel is home to 252 guest-rooms and three levels of luxury business and leisure facilities.

RBA were appointed to provide advice relating to all acoustic issues associated with the design and build of the hotel. Careful surveying and analysis was supplied to ensure the design adhered to hotel brand standards, BREEAM requirements, Building Regulations and Local Authority planning conditions.
The hotel is used as the benchmark in terms of design and quality of the Park Inn brand and is the winner of the New Build Hotel Award in the European Hotel Design Awards 2010.
