Project Overview
RBA Acoustics has provided acoustic design advice in relation to two new residential developments near to Wembley Stadium known as NE02 and NE03. The two developments consist of 769 apartments in total with commercial and residential amenity areas at ground floor.

RBA Acoustics involvement has included undertaking an extensive noise survey of the area considering the impact from the nearby Wembley Stadium and other road networks which surround the site. The survey findings were used to create a 3D model of the site to aid the design the external building fabric. RBA Acoustics were also involved in the design of the internal building fabric to ensure a good standard of acoustics.
Within the NE02 building, a mixed-use community arts centre will be used for variety of events such as live performances, drama & art exhibitions and film screenings. Extensive design advice was provided in relation to this specific area to ensure a good internal acoustic design.
