Project Overview
Moonraker Point is a student accommodation complex located in London SE1. The building hosts a mix of retail units, 670 individual student bedrooms and a range of facilities such as a laundry and common rooms.

Having previously worked with UNITE on many of their existing properties, RBA were appointed as acoustic consultant from project conception to completion.
Services included surveying noise levels in the busy London district, designing internal and external building fabric, mechanical plant assessments and pre-completion testing.
