RBA were appointed as the acoustic consultants working alongside Barratts and Patel Taylor Architects on this striking new mixed use tower in Wandsworth, London.

The site is acoustically challenging with a busy railway line on an adjacent viaduct and Battersea Heliport just a few doors away, but offered Wandsworth an enhanced skyline, improved public spaces and connections and further regeneration.
Our acoustic consultants worked closely with the team to ensure a suitable internal acoustic environment can be achieved while maintaining a constant eye on costs and build-ability. We were also responsible for continuously monitoring noise levels at the neighbouring properties with alerts to the site team if excessive levels are generated.
