RBA has been appointed to undertake the detailed design stage acoustic assessment of both the residential and school aspects of the Keybridge House Phase 2 development. This also includes a full assessment of the school acoustics to ensure BB93 compliance is achieved. As part of the assessment, a 3D environmental noise model was produced to aid the design of the external building fabric. In addition, multiple 3D acoustic models of the various teaching areas in the school were produced to aid the design of reverberation time noise control to ensure good speech intelligibility is achieved in these areas.
