RBA Acoustics

Greenford Green

Project Overview

Greenford Green, the UK’s largest purpose-designed build to rent scheme to date, has received planning approval from the London Borough of Ealing’s Planning Committee.

The project by US Multifamily operator Greystar and with a design team led by HTA Design will redevelop derelict, former industrial land adjacent to the Grand Union Canal in Greenford into a unique, attractive mixed-use neighbourhood.

A total of 1,965 new homes are planned, of which around 75% will be built to rent and managed by Greystar to create a long-term community. The scheme will introduce new local shops and workspaces, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, a local cinema, a health centre and a 2-form entry primary school.

RBA Acoustics are pleased to have been involved in providing noise and vibration assessments to the Environmental Statement submitted as part of the planning application and delighted to continue our work through the design stage of such an exciting and ground breaking scheme.
