Project Overview
The Grand Union residential development in Brent offers leisure and office facilities to residents of the scheme, including a lounge and meeting spaces, TV viewing room and a two-lane bowling alley.

RBA Acoustics assisted the design team in space planning, sound insulation and treatment of the various spaces to minimise the risk of noise impact to the residential flats above. This required the use of acoustically absorptive finishes without compromising on the desired aesthetic for the spaces, as well as specification for acoustic isolation of the bowling alley.
