Located in close proximity to East Croydon railway station, RBA Acoustics provided noise and vibration assessments of the baseline noise conditions at the site in order to effectively demonstrate to the Local Planning Authority the measures required to ensure suitable living conditions within the future dwellings.
The project will target BREEAM Outstanding, making it Croydon’s most sustainable residential building and will provide shared facilities include greenhouse atrium, roof terrace, gym/wellness centre, communal lounges, co-working, pet spa and media room. Construction of the development is expected to commence in 2024, with the development opening in 2027 |
