Project Overview
RBA Acoustics are delighted to be working on the refurbishment and extension of a number of residential units on Marylebone High Street in Central London.
- 83a - 92 Marylebone High Street Residential Project
The proposed works include the re-zoning of existing residential buildings as well as the construction of an additional level spanning units 89-92 Marylebone High Street to form a single apartment space. The design also incorporates new external terrace spaces to enhance the premium nature of the apartments.
RBA Acoustics have provided a robust acoustic assessment, reviewing proposed Building Services Noise considerations as well as Internal and External Building Fabric analysis, to help the project team achieve the relevant acoustic guidance and satisfy the requirements of the Local Authority.
