Project Overview
64-66 Wigmore Street is a new build office development with a value of £20 million + for Howard de Walden Estates in Marylebone, London.

RBA Acoustics was commissioned to provide acoustic consultancy services to the design team to develop the project and assist in allocating the necessary credits to achieve the BREEAM “excellent” rating.
Particular attention was also given to recommending appropriate acoustic design criteria for external noise ingress, noise transmission within the building and mechanical services noise (atmospheric and roomside) in accordance with general guidelines and Westminster City Council’s criteria.
