Following the successful redevelopment of the Lighthouse building in King’s Cross, redevelopment of the neighbouring building known as King’s Cross Bridge is underway. The King’s Cross Bridge project consists of the demolition and redevelopment of the existing premises and its name is a consequence of the development sitting on the underground and railway tunnels directly below. We are currently working alongside Latitude Architects on the challenges that this project presents from a building isolation viewpoint as the building structure sits on the “live” tunnels structure.
