The newly completed Blackfriars Circus project by Barratt London was recently featured in Building Magazine. The project was celebrated for its sympathetic architectural design; ensuring that a 27 storey residential tower engaged with the local environment rather than fighting against it. The project itself was much more than just the tower, it also encompasses four other mid-rise buildings and provides 336 private and affordable flats as well as 3,000m² of workspace.
RBA were involved in the project through planning, providing noise and vibration input to the Environmental Statement as well as assisting with the acoustic design and ultimately commissioning of the residential dwellings.
