Case Studies

Battersea Reach
(2022)

Battersea Reach is an award winning riverside development overlooking the Thames, comprising of approximately 1000 quality residential units and over 30,000 sq. ft of commercial space holding cafés, bars, leisure facilities & restaurants.  Due to be completed in 2022, RBA has successfully advised on the design of all external and internal wall fabric to ensure high standards of sound insultation are achieved. 

Gallon Close
(January 2009)

The Gallons Close scheme forms part of a wider regeneration programme in Charlton and comprises 7 new build homes.  RBA were appointed as the acoustic consultant and asked to advise the project team in order to achieve the highest level of credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes scheme in which performance levels of +8dB were targeted and achieved.

Barnsbury Place
(2010)

Barnsbury Place is a major residential project located in the heart of Islington.  The development comprises 95 apartments, of which 80 are converted from former Edwardian school buildings. RBA were appointed as acoustic consultant for the scheme, assisting with all acoustic elements from design to project completion.
