Petrus Restaurant
(2010)

Petrus was re-opened in 2010 on Kinnerton Street, Knightsbridge and has become a successful addition to the Gordon Ramsay fine dining group. Located in a new residential block, RBA were appointed to ensure the restaurant met a number of operating requirements outlined by the landlord.

LEON, Soho
(2010)

After the success of previous restaurants in it's naturally sourced, fast food chain - LEON sought permission to use the basement and ground floors of an existing commercial unit on Old Compton Street, London. RBA were appointed to advise the restaurant on noise transfer from the restaurant to the existing residential properties upstairs and the impact of mechanical services plant on the immediate vicinity, in order to meet the planning conditions. 

Park Inn, Manchester
(May 2009)

The Park Inn Manchester, Victoria is located in the city's green quarter and is home to 252 guestrooms and three levels of luxury business and leisure facilities. RBA were appointed to provide advice relating to all acoustic issues associated with the design and build of the hotel.
